Objective To study the clinical effect of Carbetocin in preventing the postpartum hemorrhage of parturient women with cesarean section.Methods One hundred and twelve parturient women with cesarean section in our hospital from November 2009 to April 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(Hemabate group) and observation group(Carbetocin group) with 56 cases in each group,then the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,blood loss at different time,incidence of adverse reactions and serum nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and coagulation related factors before and after the surgery at 12 and 24 hour of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The rate of postpartum hemorrhage and incidence of adverse reactions of observation group were lower than those of control group,blood loss at different time were less than those of control group,serum NO,NOS,D-Dimer(D-D)and plasmin-antiplasmin complex(PAP) after the surgery were lower than those of control group,thrombin antithrombin complex(TAT) was higher than that of control group,all P 0.05,there were significant differences.Conclusion The clinical effect of Carbetocin in preventing the postpartum hemorrhage of parturient women with cesarean section is better,the security is high,and it has obvious influence for the factors of hemorrhage.
