Implementation of learning in the classroom has consequences for a teacher to improve his role and competence, because a competent teacher will find it easier to manage classes and carry out evaluations for his students both individually and in class. Evaluation is an attempt to obtain information about student learning outcomes as a whole, both attitudes, knowledge, and skills. This can be used by teachers as a decision-making step in determining teaching and learning strategies. Thus, teachers need to conduct assessments in the process and student learning outcomes. So that this paper will examine the evaluation of learning related to the achievement of student learning competencies, as well as innovations in improving learning evaluation in accordance with the times. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. This type of research library research with the method of literature study.
Abstract. Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. HR is also a key that determines the development of a company. In essence, human resources in the form of people employed in an organization as a mobilizer, thinker and planner to achieve the goals of the organization. Therefore, human resources need to be managed effectively through the implementation of HR management functions is a matter relating to the empowerment of humans in carrying out a job to achieve the maximum level or effective and efficient in realizing the goals to be achieved in the company, an employee and also the public.
Thesis is a scientific paper compiled by undergraduate students to complete their education. Many methods are used by students to obtain data or information in the preparation of this thesis. This form of activity is often used by students to obtain data by conducting field research. However, this type of research cannot always be carried out, especially in a co-19 pandemic emergency. Literature research is the right way to produce scientific work. But not all students are ready to do this library research. One reason is that there are no guidelines and examples they can guide to conducting this research. So the purpose of this writing is to provide guidelines for students and lecturers to carry out library research in the field of education.
This study aims to analyze the effectivity of interactive multimedia with the theocentric approach on the analytical thinking skills of elementary school students in science learning. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling with 67 students. The data were collected through analytical thinking skills tests given before and after science learning. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics analysis by comparing the increase in the average results of the test and t-test. The research results show that the increase of the average value of students' analytical thinking skills in the experimental class is higher, which is an increase of 44.74% compared to the control class which only increases by 17.20%. The results of the t-test also show that there is a significant effect between interactive multimedia with theocentric approach on students' analytical thinking skills with a significance value of 0.00 (<0.05). Therefore, interactive multimedia with the theocentric approach is effectively used to improve the analytical thinking skills of elementary school students in science learning.
Abstract: The Concept of Learning Strategies The learning process is an effort to change behavior or as a mental and psychological activity that takes place in active interaction with the environment and results in changes in attitudes in knowledge, understanding, skills, values, and attitudes. Education requires strategies and approaches so that what is the goal can be achieved properly, education experts try to think and provide views on various theories and strategic approaches in providing education. Abstrak: Konsep Strategi Pembelajaran Proses belajar merupakan upaya perubahan tingkah laku atau sebagai suatu aktivitas mental dan psikis yang berlangsung dalam interaksi aktif dengan lingkungan dan menghasilkan perubahan sikap dalam pengetahuan, pemahaman, keterampilan, nilai dan sikap. Pendidikan membutuhkan strategi dan pendekatan agar apa yang menjadi tujuan dapat dicapai dengan baik, para ahli pendidikan berupaya memikirkan dan memberikan pandangan tentang berbagai teori dan ancangan strategis dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan.
<p>Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi adalah aplikasi pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang digunakan manusia dalam mengalirkan informasi atau pesan dengan tujuan untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan manusia agar tercapai tujuan komunikasi. Perkembangan teknologi informasi berawal dari kemajuan dibidang komputerisasi. Pengguanaan komputer pada masa awal untuk sekedar menulis, membuat grafik dan gambar serta alat menyimpan data yang luar biasa telah berubah menjadi alat komunikasi dengan jaringan yang lunak dan bisa mencakup seluruh dunia. Dengan kemajuan teknologi maka proses interaksi antar manusia mampu menjangkau lapisan masyarakat dibelahan dunia manapun menjadi semakin terbuka. Internet sebagai salah satu dampak dari perkembangan teknologi baru pada dasarnya tidak hanya bisa menjadi pintu untuk mengetahui bagaimana budaya yang ada pada masyarakat di daerah tertentu, melainkan menjadi perangkat dalam ekspresi budaya itu sendiri. Karena begitu cepatnya perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi mangakibatkan dampak dan pengaruh terhadap budaya pada masyarakat, baik berupa dampak positif maupun dampak negatif. Salah satu aspek kehidupan yang paling terpengaruh dengan perkembangan ini adalah aspek kebudayaan masyarakat yang sedikit demi sedikit mengalami pergeseran.</p>
The results of the program for international student assessment (PISA) in 2018 in the category of reading ability, Indonesia ranked 74th out of 79 countries, while for the assessment of mathematical ability and scientific ability, Indonesia ranked 73rd and 71st out of 79 participating countries PISA Achievement of Indonesia's ranking in the PISA assessment has always been constant since the beginning of Indonesia's participation in the assessment from 2000 to 2018. With consistent results that are ranked below bring the consequence of thinking that the quality of Indonesian education is not in accordance with global community standards and below the countries other in the world. Government efforts to make improvements to the results of the PISA assessment are changes in the curriculum, but in reality the results of PISA have not experienced significant changes. This paper is an effort to provide a view on the improvement of PISA results through improving the quality of early childhood education, among others for several reasons, first, the opinions of experts based on the results of their research which found that the development of intellectual abilities reached 80% at an early age so the term which is often used is the golden age (golden age); second, all indicators in the program for international student assessment (PISA) begin to be studied and developed by children in early childhood education institutions ranging from literacy reading (language), mathematical literacy and scientific literacy to be the focus in early childhood learning in institutions PAUD is holistically integrative; third, PAUD access which has not yet covered the whole territory of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as the quality and quality of early childhood education institutions that have not been maximized.

Belajar daring pada sekolah dasar banyak menggunakan media WhatsApp. Penting untuk menelisik bagaimana efektifitas belajar daring melalui WhatsApp. Peneliti melakukan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif pada berbagai Sekolah Dasar. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring melalui WhatsApp pada sekolah dasar cendrung tidak efektif. Sangat diperlukan evaluasi peran guru juga orang tua dalam hal ini kedepan.
This research is motivated by the phenomenon which is telling that education should be managed with the strategic management in order to be able to choose among a lot of good management to produce a most excellent management to be developed. This research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kunir Wonodadi Blitar and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Blitar. The approach which was used in this study was a qualitative approach to the multi-site study. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study concluded that: Strategic planning at MAN Kota Blitar was conducted through activities, the formation of the formulating vision and mission team, the determination of the vision and mission, analyzes opportunities, threats, barriers, and alternative of the problem solving, Ma'had procurement, opening the enrichments class, increasing learning, and improving the quality of educators. Strategic evaluation in MAN Kunir was conducted through: official meetings, meeting with the headmaster and committees, special meeting headmaster and vice of headmaster, teacher, employees, and the headmaster meetings, and committee meetings. While in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Blitar was conducted through: official meetings, meeting with the headmaster, and committees, special meeting headmaster vice of headmaster, teachers, employees, and the headmaster meeting, activities meeting.
The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic forced many universities to apply online learning. The purpose of this study was to break down the online learning process in the early pandemic as well as effective and optimal online learning. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Interestingly, this study found online learning using the WhatsApp Group to be the most effective in the early COVID-19 pandemic. WhatsApp is easy, simple, and does not require a large data quota package. Through WhatsApp accounts, learning took place optimally because students and lecturers could communicate and share PowerPoint files, Microsoft Word files, JPGs, Voice Notes, Videos, and other learning resource links. The study recommends that other researchers uncover the solution to obstacles experienced by students in online learning and the development of other media to implement effective online lectures.
SPSS merupakan salah satu program pengolahan data statistik yang populer di kalangan peneliti, dan sangat membantu untuk memecahkan berbagai persoalan penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan SPSS, kita dapat mengetahui nilai rata-rata, simpangan baku, skor terkecil, atau skor terbesar dari data yang kita miliki. Bahkan, kita dapat mengetahui frekuensi data kita, persentasenya, sampai menyajikan data kita ke dalam histogram atau diagram lingkaran. Dengan SPSS juga, kita dapat mencari validitas (kesahihan) dan reliabilitas (keandalan) instrumen penelitian kita, normalitas data,kuat atau besar hubungan antara dua variabel, mencari perbedaan rata-rata antara dua kelompok, ataupun melakukan analisis faktor. Secara rinci akan dijelaskan langkah-langkah penggunaan SPSS yang paling mendasar, seperti membuat variabel, menginput data kedalam SPSS, ataupun menghitung total skor.
<p>This writing has main purpose that is to know head master’s role in improving educational quality, leadership, duty, and headmaster’s role in improving educational quality, leardership, duty, and headmaster’s role in order to produce process and product of quality education. Educational quality is our hope in facing strict life exchange in several sectors especially in education sectors for better future. For the sake of making educational quality, this needs role of leaders in educational institutes. One of them is headmaster because it is the pioneer is moving all changes to go to educational quality. Headmaster’s duty is not only leading ceremony, waiting incoming letter to be signed but also making a good quality of education in school. Specifically headmaster’s role in improving quality of education are doing monitoring, evaluating continually toward seccessful program determined, planning and arranging word plan agreed with improving needs of educational quality which orients on school’s mission, making intensive commumication with teachers, students, student’s parents and society.</p>
Abstrak Artikel ini ditulis sebagai catatan awal tentang pengarusutamaan moderasi beragama dalam ranah digital untuk menyuarakan narasi keagamaan yang moderat dan toleran. Dunia digital menyediakan prasmanan narasi keagamaan yang bebas akses dan kerapkali dimanfaatkan oleh kelompok tertentu untuk menyuburkan konflik dan menghidupkan politik identitas yang ditandai dengan pudarnya afiliasi terhadap lembaga kegamaan, bergesernya otoritas keagamaan, menguatnya individualisme, dan perubahan dari pluralisme menjadi tribalisme. Pengarusutamaan moderasi beragama di ruang digital menemukan momentumnya. Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam sebagai laboratorium perdamaian kemudian menguatkan konten-konten moderasi beragama melalui ruang digital sebagai penyeimbang dari arus informasi yang deras di ruang media sosial. Penyeimbang yang dimaksud adalah kontra narasi untuk melahirkan framing beragama yang substantif dan esensial yaitu moderat dan toleran. Abstract This article aims to become a preliminary record about mainstreaming religious moderation in the digital space to spread moderation and tolerant values in religious understanding. The digital world provides a buffet of religious narratives that are free of access and often used by certain groups to foster conflict and revive identity politics marked by fading affiliation with religious institutions, shifting religious authority, strengthening individualism, and changing from pluralism to tribalism. The mainstreaming of religious moderation in the digital space is a must to deal with. Islamic higher education institutions should strengthen religious moderation content through digital space as a counter-narrative. It means giving a religious framing which is substantive and essential that is being moderate and tolerant.
Curriculum plays an important role in realizing future generations that are useful for the nation and state. Who has the nature of responsibility, creative, innovative, and become an expert. The curriculum is the heart of a school and the school is the heart of society and the society is the heart of the nation. So that the nation will advance if it has high quality and high quality of human resources. However, curriculum development often finds many problems that require consideration and solution from the discussion of definitions, scope, characteristics, principles, objectives, concepts, as well as curriculum development and as well as learning and character education which are emphasized in the national curriculum. The understanding of character, components, elements, goals, functions, principles, character values, methods of character education concepts, to curriculum problems and character education learning is so important for us to understand.
Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini berdampak pada perguruan tinggi. IAIN Padangsidimpuan sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan tinggi negeri keagamaan Islam di Indonesia dituntut untuk mengikuti perubahan metode pembelajaran yaitu pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) yang semula sepenuhnya dilakukan dengan tatap muka. Letak kampus yang berada di Bagian Selatan Sumatera Utara dengan asal mahasiswa yang beragam dan berada jauh dari perkotaan menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi institusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Jumlah informan 384 orang yang terdiri dari mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Padangsidimpuan yang dipilih secara acak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa, meskipun mayoritas mahasiswa (95,8%) sudah memiliki perangkat untuk menjalani PJJ, namun di sisi lain mahasiswa merasa metode PJJ saat ini belum tepat karena mahasiswa merasa tidak dapat memantau perkembangan PJJ dengan mudah, tidak dapat memperoleh materi pembelajaran dengan mudah juga tidak dapat mempelajari materi dengan mudah. Secara keseluruhan, baik dari sisi teknologi maupun sisi dosen, mahasiswa tidak puas dengan metode PJJ yang dijalaninya saat ini dan juga merasa tidak puas dengan kemampuan dosen dalam menyampaikan materi pada PJJ. AbstractThe Covid19 pandemic is currently affecting universities. IAIN Padangsidimpuan as one of the institutions of Islamic religious state higher education in Indonesia is required to follow the changes in learning methods, namely distance learning (PJJ), which is from the beginning is fully face-to-face. The location of the campus in the Southern Part of North Sumatra with diverse origins of students and being far from urban areas is a challenge for institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The number of informants 384 people consisting of active students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business were randomly selected. Based on the results of the study note that, although the majority of students (95.8%) already have the tools to undergo Distance Learning, on the other hand students feel the distance learning method is currently not appropriate because students feel unable to monitor the development of distance learning easily, cannot obtain learning material easily nor can study material easily. Overall, both in terms of technology and the Lecturer side, students are not satisfied with the distance learning method they are currently undergoing and also feel dissatisfied with the ability of the Lecturer to deliver material to distance learning.
Menajemen pembelajaran sangat penting kedudukannya dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar, apalagi di masa darurat penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19) seperti yang kita alami saat ini. Berbagai usaha dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan tetap mempertimbangkan protokol kesehatan sesuai dengan SKB 4 Mentri. Berbagai hambatan, kesulitan, dan keterbatasan dihadapi dalam proses belajar mengajar, mulai dari faktor peserta didik, keluarga peserta didik, maupun sarana dan prasarana yang kurang representatif, namun kementrian pendidikan dan kebudayaan (kemendikbud) tetap menginstruksikan seluruh pendidik di semua jenjang pendidikan agar dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dari rumah baik siswa maupun mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, peran guru sangat dibutuhkan dalam memanage atau mengelola pembelajaran mulai dari perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pelaksanaan (actuating) dan evaluasi (evaluating) dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar di masa pandemi covid 19 saat ini, baik implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dalam jaringan (daring) maupun luar jaringan (luring).manajemen pembelajaran
ABSTRACT Ideally, an Arabic teacher must have absolute empathy for the competencies that have been determined by the National Education Standards, including personal, professional, educational, and social competencies. However, after the evaluation, it is easy to master the four competencies. There are many deficiencies in the teaching-learning process, especially in the less than optimal student learning outcomes, the quality of teaching that does not answer the needs of students, and several other problems. Various types of research are offered for the study of these problems, one of which is classroom action research which is later abbreviated as PTK. PTK instructions to improve students' Arabic learning outcomes, and the quality or quality of teaching an Arabic teacher. Thus, it is necessary to have a mature concept before carrying out the PTK. To collect this concept, the authors conducted a literature study by collecting some literature in the form of journals, books, previous research, and other supporting documents. From the results of the search conducted, it was found that the concept of classroom action used to study and study linguistic fields, especially Arabic, started from a study of the urgency of the research itself which departed from efforts to improve the quality of teaching which had an impact on improving student learning outcomes. Therefore, in implementing PTK, a researcher must choose one of the models offered by the experts by going through two cycles, and of course through several stages or procedures including planning (planning), implementing (action), observation (observation), and reflection (reflection). If the procedure is passed properly, the desired results from the PTK will be realized so that it will have an impact on increasing the quality of teacher teaching and student learning outcomes.
A wide range of studies have examined the impact of collaborative learning (CL) on critical thinking skills in various learning subjects. However, very few of them are conducted in the field of Islamic education. Thus, the current study aimed at examining the impact of CL on learners' critical thinking skills in addressing Islamic radicalism as well as their critical thinking retention. Subsequently, this study also investigated learners' perspectives on CL. A mixed method approach was applied. 40 learners, 18 male and 22 female learners, from an Islamic education department at a university in Bengkulu, Indonesia, were engaged as the samples of experimentation, and 9 of them were purposively selected to be the participants for the purpose of a qualitative investigation. The quantitative data were analyzed using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test, and the qualitative data were analyzed using an interactive model of analysis. The findings revealed that CL had a positive and significant impact on learners' critical thinking skills. CL also supported the retention of their critical thinking skills. Subsequently, the learners perceived that CL was contributive to their emotional awareness, learning motivation, cognitive development, and broad-mindedness. Grounded in the current findings, further studies can proceed to construct a theoretical CL model which incorporates components such as critical thinking, learning motivation, cognitive development, and social competence.
Interest has a very important role in learning. This interest leads to motivation in learning and it can improve learning outcomes. This study focused on understanding and exploring the strategies used by teachers of SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya Curup to increase student's interest in learning and to express students' responses in Online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach in which the principal, the vice-principal of curriculum, the teachers, and students were the informants of this research. The data were collected by conducting semi-structured interviews which were analyzed by using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the strategies used by the teacher to increase students' interest in learning were to provide students with an understanding of the importance of learning, to make learning material brief, clear, and interesting, to use simple and interesting media, and to conduct regular and continuous evaluations. Online learning, students get something fun, but they lack togetherness with their friends.
