Cell-laden hydrogel microspheres have gained significant attention in 3D cell culture applications, yet effective cryopreservation methods for these systems remain underexplored. This study developed a microfluidic platform for fabricating monodisperse, cell-laden microspheres and investigated a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO)- and fetal bovine serum (FBS)-free cryopreservation approach. The platform enabled rapid production of gelatin methacryloyl (GelMA) and calcium alginate (ALG) microspheres, demonstrating cell viability exceeding 80% for U251 cells in GelMA microspheres and 90% for both U251 cells and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) in ALG microspheres. A DMSO-/FBS-free cryoprotectant (12% ethylene glycol, 4% trehalose; E/T) was identified that maintained >90% post-thaw viability in GES, U251, HepG2, A549, and 3T6 cells, with iPSCs retaining >80% viability. Crucially, E/T effectively preserved iPSC-laden microspheres while preventing DMSO-induced apoptosis and preserving pluripotency. This work establishes a systematic protocol for cryopreserving cell-laden hydrogel microspheres without DMSO/FBS, providing a clinically translatable strategy to advance 3D cell culture technologies.

This article analyzed the situation of construction of national-level experimental demonstration center,and also proposed the four main characteristics of the demonstration center,as well as some issues that must be concerned.

This study explores a six-month professional development program implemented in four schools offering prevocational education, a group often overlooked in literacy research. Over six months, teachers participated in structured training aimed at improving their competence in teaching reading and promoting students’ reading motivation. The program responded to international concerns about declining literacy and reading motivation among adolescents in vocational tracks. Data from pre- and post-program semi-structured group interviews were thematically analyzed to identify shifts in teachers’ knowledge and beliefs. Two key findings emerged. First, most schools showed noticeable growth in teachers’ understanding of reading comprehension and its instruction and evolving beliefs. Second, teachers continued to struggle with how to promote reading motivation both before and after the program, indicating a need for more targeted support in this area. These results highlight the importance of ongoing professional development focusing on both instructional strategies and motivational practices.

In the process of constructing circular society,we need to know how circular is our society at different stages,and what differences of circular-economy stage exist in different development pattern,and whether it will be circular in the predictable future.In order to solve the problem,based on the design of the warning system of indexes and the system model,the state of circulation and its warning is forecasted according to different economic growth rate during the 11th Five-Year Plan period in Jiangsu Province, so that the government can monitor it.

Based on the author's ideology and practice in the book Entry into a Powerful Country in Education from a Numerous One by Wang Zhan, this paper sorts out several aspects of the connotation of constructing a powerful country in education: up-to-date educational beliefs and open- minded schooling ideology; promoting educational scientific, balanced and harmonious development; deepening reform of education system to promote development and harmonious construction; heightening educational inner construction and high-quality teachers.

The top importance of education in rural areas is demonstrated in its fundamental, pioneering and general functions. Education in rural areas is closely related to the radical resolving of the issues of agriculture, countryside and peasants, to the scientific development of education, and to the achievement of the ultimate value and goal of education. Currently the education in rural areas is still in a lower level, and the gap between rural and urban areas is getting wider. Only when we put the education in rural areas on top importance can we change this situation. Adult education is an important part of rural areas' education, it must be given a suitable location and let it implement its function.

To solve the rational problem of the effective path set for passenger travel, this paper starts from spatial constraints on the topological network structure of urban railways and temporal constraints on the travel time of passengers, using an improved adaptive density peak clustering algorithm to handle the division of clusters based on the density of the travel time of passengers to calculate the validity of the potential effective paths represented by the clusters. Finally, validation and analysis of the effective path are set by the continuity characteristics of the effective path travel time interval. Nanjing metro network is an example of case validation; the method can identify and verify the problem paths of origin-destination (OD) of the effective path concentration of the urban rail network, and the research results can provide a reference for the follow-up of the fare clearing and optimization of the organization of subway operations.

Causes of the deformation are analyzed through on-scene survey and handling of a bent deformation incident. Problems and improvements are put forward. A complete set of operation schemes is proposed for deformed beam check, concrete demolishing and restoring.

To solve the puzzles of the current rural adult education,the author suggests one stand,two key points and three control aspects.One stand means standing in the new space-time switching and social transformation point,two key points means the peasants’growing rich and their self transcendence,three control aspects are reg-ulating the relation,upgrading the quality and open management.Concerning the value orientation,we should up-grade the quality of rural adult education,as for the management strategy,we should gather the resources of adult education together according to the thoughts of macro area,macro education and macro resource to develop rural adult education rapidly.

The in-depth development of the construction of "the two levels of the administrative law enforcement supervision and accountability system in cities and counties" is an urgent requirement to strengthen the supervision of the administrative law enforcement of the two levels of governments in city and county and promote the law-based administration of the two levels of governments in city and county, and is the necessity of promoting the law-based administration of local government and building the law-based government, which is of great practical guiding significance. The improvement of the administrative law enforcement accountability system needs the rule of law of administrative law enforcement accountability, needs the clear definition of the scope of the subject who undertakes responsibility for administrative law enforcement, and needs to master the key control points of the establishment of the administrative law enforcement accountability system.

The plight of the implementation of China's postdoctoral education policy as a public policy is characterized by an elite mentality,fuzzy policy objectives and limited selections of policy tools.In order to enable sustainable development of the policy,three optimizations must be made in its implementation:the main body of the policy must emphasize multi-center cogovernance instead of single-center governance,policy objectives must be well prioritized and monitored,and policy tools must be coordinated and diversified.

Higher and wider vision is necessary for school education development, which is explored as follows: Transcending from school education to lifelong education; Shifting from lifelong education to lifelong learning; Creating organizational administration culture and establishing learning organization; Constructing learning society and promoting education-society co-development; Furthering the whole, complete and free development of humans as the ultimate goal of education development.

The traditional online marking system has the shortcomings of low efficiency in deployment and requires long time to restore the systems due to the hardware failure.The results using the virtual deployment show that the virtualization based method can overcome the shortcomings of the existing system in deployment and can ensure that the system works stablye and reliablye.

Lifelong educational idea is a correct value and pursuit of education. To achieve the goal, we must be guided by the perspective of scientific development and carry out the educational program and outline. We must design and plan lifelong educational system and learning-oriented society construction in a proper way. Establishment of leadership and operation mechanism is necessary for corresponding development. School-running bodies and teams of administrators and teaching faculty have to be strengthened as well.
