AbstractAt present, comprehensive research, from various points of view (social, economic, ethical, legal), devoted to the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in various spheres of society, is of particular relevance. It is important to identify opportunities and threats, to determine the limits of the use of artificial intelligence in practice. The article is devoted to the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of higher education. The perspective directions of using artificial intelligence in the field of higher education are considered and analyzed. The authors come to the conclusion that artificial intelligence is not at all a competitor to the teaching staff, either in teaching or in evaluating students knowledge. Artificial intelligence is an auxiliary, but valuable tool that can perform and improve a large number of different operations carried out at the university, help in organizing an effective educational process and building the necessary communications. The effective use of AI technologies in higher education will allow the selection of the most optimal learning strategy, adapted to the individual abilities and needs of students and the needs of the labor market.
This study examines approaches to hyperparameter optimization in machine learning and deep learning systems using genetic algorithms. Today, the success of neural networks and machine learning algorithms largely depends on the correct tuning of their hyper parameters. Traditional approaches, such as search networks and Bayesian optimization, can sometimes be inefficient for high-dimensional and complex models. This study analyzes the possibility of improving machine learning results by selecting hyper parameters based on the principles of natural evolution of genetic algorithms. The proposed methods are tested on practical problems related to neural networks, and the results of the research on performance indicators reveal opportunities for improving the accuracy and efficiency of predictions in machine learning and neural networks.
AbstractThe article reveals some aspects of the development of intellectual abilities on the example of the spiritual heritage of the great thinkers of the East. The great thinker considers the role of the school and the teacher in the development of the child's worldview. In his opinion, a teacher should combine all the high virtues in a fair and just sermon. Each of the stages of a person's mental maturity has its place in the development of a person 's spiritual worldview and in the perfection of his intellectual potential. This means that a person “reaches the sky” to perfection through upbringing, and the best “companion” in him is to become knowledgeable, enlightened and, most importantly, intellectually capable by reading the example and book of life.

The soil structure of the Aydar-Arnasay lake system and its features are described. As a result of the analysis of the chemical elements of soil samples taken from the Boymurad fortress and Arnasay district, the amount of 33 macro- and microelements was determined for the first time.
The Uzbek Braille Identifier System (OBI), which will help visually impaired and blind people to independently read and understand texts with the help of artificial intelligence, is being developed in the republic. Braille is the primary means of written communication for the visually impaired, but users who are not profi cient in Braille may have difficulty understanding it. OBI aims to fill this gap by translating braille into a more readable form for nonbraille users. The OBI system specifi cally targets punctuation recognition in braille documents and is part of the broader field of optical braille recognition (OBR), which is still new and requires significant research. The goal of OBI is to improve written communication for the visually impaired in Uzbekistan.

Online anonymity has exacerbated the problem of unethical behavior, which can, in special cases, go as far as bullying people. To a greater extent, children become victims of cyberbullying, because their understanding of the world has not yet been formed. The issues of control over anonymity, censorship of information stuffing, which can aggravate the political situation in the country, puzzled all countries. But especially close attention to digital censorship has been paid recently. Quarantine and the pandemic have made their own adjustments to cyberspace, making it almost a substitute for face-to-face communication between people. And at the same time exacerbating the problem of aggression. The purpose of the article is to analyze the problem of cyberbullying and give suggestions for its solution. The ways of solving the problem of cyberbullying are highlighted. Artificial intelligence as anti-cyberbullying is the most effective digital censorship tool. Knowing the lexicon of the aggressors, it is possible to compile a dictionary for each resource for artificial intelligence self-learning and the development of anti-cyberbullying for gaming products. An example of a scenario for the use of artificial intelligence in the fight against cyberbullying in the gaming industry is given.
Abstract The article analyzes the influence of the shape of the disc slots of the seeder on the suction force of the vacuum.Currently, pneumatic devices for various soil and climatic conditions are accurate with a cellular method of sowing seeds and the development of a seed drill design, in which 3 seeds are sown in each nest, targeted scientific research is being conducted to substantiate the parameters, ensuring its functioning at the level of agrotechnical requirements.In order to study the influence of the shape of the nests of the lander disk on the vacuum suction force, experimental studies were conducted using the lander disk of three different variants. Based on the conducted experiments, the authors drew their conclusions.

The interest in the ideas and views of the great Turk, Khoja Ahmad Yassawi, his sect and followers started from ancient times. Like many other religious-mystical figures, poets and poets who lived in Turkestan, the personality, views and literary heritage of Khoja Ahmad Yassawi were criticised and insulted by the Soviet regime, and for a long time the works of Khoja Ahmad Yassawi were not allowed to be studied scientifically. In the 1970s, some studies conducted to objectively evaluate Khoja Ahmad Yassawi’s unprecedented services on the history of national thought, culture, language, literature and Sufism were harshly criticized and he was approached from a subjective perspective and described as a “reaction poet, mystic poet” has been criticized. Despite this, the people of Turkestan have never forgotten the holy name and wise words of this great person and never removed them from their hearts. Despite many obstacles and pursuits, Uzbek scientists tried to study the scientific legacy of Khoja Ahmad Yassawi within their own means and to disseminate it to the world of science, literature and the public. For example, in Uzbekistan, some studies on the life, works and thoughts of Khoja Ahmad Yassawi were carried out by scientists such as Abdurrahman Sâdî, Abdurrauf Fıtrat, Alim Sharafiddinov, İbrahim Muminov, Ergash Rustamov, Abdulqodir Hayitmetov, İbrahim Haqqul, Arif Usman, Najmiddin Kamilov. A few of these are articles written by the famous Uzbek academician Abdurrauf Fıtrat. In this article, these works of the late Abdurrauf Fıtrat will be analyzed and evaluated, his contributions to Yesevî studies will be emphasized.

The article analyzes the results of field experiments of a pneumatic seeder that accurately plants a bare cotton seed equipped with an improved planting disc. The type and parameters of a pneumatic seeding machine that precisely slots and plants bare seeds suitable for the harsh soil and climatic conditions existing in the world have been studied through field trials to ensure that an economic effect can be achieved with adequate research. The experiments were carried out during the spring sowing period. In addition, the parameters of an improved pneumatic seeder drive that accurately shows bare cotton seed have been scientifically substantiated. The article presents conclusions based on the results obtained.
This article examines the composition of particles emitted into the environment as a result of brake lining degradation during the braking of specialized cars. The amount of particles emitted into the environment has been theoretically studied, taking into account that the resource duration of brake linings on specialized vehicles varies based on the adhesion coefficient of wheel contact with the road. The distribution of metal concentrations in particles created by the brake linings wear during the braking of specialized vehicles is extensively studied. Traffic-related sources contribute significantly to particulate matter in cities. It was discovered that the samples collected during the braking of specialized vehicles contain high levels of metal elements such as iron, copper, zinc, chromium, tin and antimony. Currently, there is information about the negative impact of the particles formed during braking of cars on the environment.
