The interactions among the liver, intestine and immune system play an important role in alcoholic liver injury. In this study, C57BL/6N mice with alcoholic injury were treated with unfermented and Lactobacillus fermentum KP-3-fermented ginseng. The indicators of hepatic steatosis, inflammation and injury were evaluated. The number of beneficial and harmful bacteria in the mice ileum and colon was counted by a traditional method; moreover, the diversity analysis of the cecum flora was performed. The alcohol exposure increased the levels of ALT, AST, TNF-α and IL-6 inflammatory factors and liver steatosis. In addition, the alcohol-fed miceexhibited a lower number of Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria in the ileum and colon; the cecum flora diversity in the mice showed that alcohol obviously enhanced the abundance of the unclassified S24-7 of the Bacteroidetes phylum and the Proteobacteria genus of the Sutterella phylum and reduced the abundance of short-chain fatty acid-producing bacteria such as Akkermansia in the Verrucomicrobia phylum and those belonging to the Allobaculum genus, the Ruminococcus genus, and the Adlercreutzia genus in the Actinobacteria phylum. All these changes were improved by fermented ginseng. Conclusively, fermented ginseng could alleviate the alcoholic liver injury and disorder of the intestine by adjusting the intestinal flora.
When chitosan/starch films were used as agricultural mulch films, the problem of rupture often occurred. In order to improve the elongation at break, chitosan/starch blend films were prepared by casting with different formulations (different ratios of chitosan to starch, different plasticizing components and different plasticizer ratios) in this research. The elongation at break of the film reached up to 104.1% when chitosan was plasticized with 10% glycerol and 0.94% ethylene glycol alone and then mixed according to a 1 : 0.6 chitosan-starch ratio. The fact that plasticizing starch, plasticizing chitosan or co-plasticizing starch and chitosan made a big difference to the mechanical properties of the films was discovered for the first time. The films with different plasticizing components were characterized by their mechanical properties, crystal structures and surface morphologies. Mechanical properties of the films were related to their crystallinity. The higher the crystallinity, the higher the elongation at break. Plasticizing starch alone facilitated the formation of hydrogen bonds and massive structures. Plasticizing chitosan alone was beneficial to the formation of network structures of the films and exhibited anti-plasticization at low plasticizer concentration.
), which was mixed with normal food, and an inflammatory mice model was established by the intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (2.5 mg per kg body weight) four weeks later. The liver index, pathological index, biochemical index, and inflammatory signaling pathway were determined. The results demonstrated that L. plantarum KP-4 fermentation increased the content of minor ginsenosides in ginseng and decreased the content of major ginsenosides. Fermented ginseng significantly reduced LPS-induced increases in ALT, AST, and pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-1β in mice. Supplementation with fermented ginseng significantly ameliorated LPS-induced overexpression of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), caspase3, phosphorylation p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38MAPK), and phosphorylation extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) compared with the control group. Moreover, fermented ginseng significantly increased the expression of claudin 1, the intestinal tight junction protein, caused by LPS. In conclusion, fermented ginseng alleviates LPS-induced inflammation through the TLR4/MAPK signaling pathway and increased intestinal barrier function in mice.
In this study, Pediococcus pentococcus PP04 (PP04) isolated from the Northeast pickled cabbage was given to C57BL/6N mice for eight weeks, aiming to investigate the ameliorative effects of PP04 on liver injury induced by a high-fat diet. The western blot results suggested that PP04 ameliorated the increase of intestinal permeability by dramatically increasing the expressions of tight junction proteins, such as Occludin, Claudin-1 and ZO-1, which decreased hepatic lipopolysaccharides (LPS), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) concentrations to effectively alleviate the liver injury. Furthermore, PP04 relieved the high-fat diet-caused gut inflammation by the NF-κB/Nrf2 signaling pathway, which regulated the expression of inflammatory cytokines and antioxidants, to positively improve the liver injury. In addition, the 16S rDNA sequencing results inferred that PP04 had the potential to rebalance intestinal flora disorders through regulating the relative abundance of inflammation and obesity-related bacteria in mice.

Cette dernière va payer un lourd tribut à la guerre. Le conflit emporte entre 10 000 et 12 000 soldats insulaires. Du lendemain de la signature de l’Armistice à la veille de la seconde guerre mondiale, 84 % des communes insulaires éprouvent le besoin d’ériger un monument, une stèle, ou d’apposer une plaque sur les murs extérieurs ou intérieurs des églises. à partir d’un corpus photographique (monuments aux morts et plaques commémoratives), et en recourant aux témoignages oraux, l’analyse se propose de préciser le contexte historique et sociologique dans lequel ces monuments communaux ou paroissiaux ont été érigés.L’étude porte également sur les symboles et les inscriptions dédicatoires. Elle permet, grâce à l’analyse de certaines caractéristiques révélatrices comme l’ordre de la liste, la nature et l’emplacement du monument, de mesurer l’hommage rendu par les vivants aux morts.
The cotton fiber distributing model in RGB color space was studied in the article and an accurate physical model arithmetica color image clustering algorithm was proposed. A real-time detecting algorithm was developed on this basis. In order to enhance the algorithm efficiency,the improved real-time detecting algorithm was presented to extract the target from backgrounds in the foreign fibers inspecting system. Due to the complexity and diversity of recognizing a foreign fiber,it is hard to meet the requirements using one or two characters. A multiple targets recognition method based on combined characters such as color,area and shape was presented,which can highly increase the quality of targets recognition.
Cette contribution propose un retour d’expérience sur des missions d’étude et de labellisation menées par un bureau d’études privé dans le cadre des campagnes de labellisation « Patrimoine du xxe siècle » puis « Architecture contemporaine remarquable » commanditées par des directions régionales des Affaires culturelles sous l’impulsion du ministère de la Culture. Il relate l’élaboration de la méthodologie de recherche à visée opérationnelle et sa mise en œuvre, depuis le repérage initial des édifices à leur présentation en commission régionale du patrimoine et de l’architecture, en passant par un important travail de recherche archivistique et documentaire, d’enquêtes de terrain et de rédaction de notices monographiques. Il revient sur le processus de sélection des bâtiments et sur la création de grilles d’évaluation des corpus mis en place dans les études menées ces cinq dernières années. Il aborde également la question des adaptations qui ont dû être opérées ainsi que les nouveaux enjeux survenus à la suite de la mutation du label et de la création du label « Architecture contemporaine remarquable » en 2017, tant du point de vue méthodologique que dans le travail d’accompagnement auprès des propriétaires.
To solve the environmental pollution caused by the non-degradable waste of plastic packaging materials,the biomass cushion packaging materials with different ingredients have been synthesized,which are made up of straw fiber and starch as the main raw materials.The orthogonal experiment method is used to study the impact of the mass ratio of fiber and starch,the content of plasticizer,active agent and blowing agent on the compressive strength of biomass cushion packaging material.The results were as follows: the influence order of various factors on compressive strength was: plasticizer the mass ratio of fiber and starch foaming agent active agent.When the contents of the plasticizer,foaming agent,active agent are respectively 12%,0.1%,0.3% with the mass ratio of fiber and starch being 2∶5,the compressive strength can reach 0.94MPa.Through research on the impacts of plasticizer content and mass ratio of fiber and starch on the cushion performance,the cushion coefficient of the material decreases firstly and increases subsequently with the two factors rising.When the plasticizer content was 12% and the mass ratio of fiber and starch was 2∶5,the smallest cushion coefficient and the best cushion performance of the material are obtained.Compared the cushion and rebound performance with EPS(expanded polystyrene),EPE(expanded polyethylene) and other packaging materials,it indicates that the biomass cushion packaging material can replace the cushion packaging materials such as EPS and EPE.
By using Computational Fluid Dynamics method, the internal fluid fields of several kinds of expanding mufflers with typical structures were studied.The influence of the velocity and pressure change of internal air caused by different expanding mufflers structures under the same boundary condition was simulated and analyzed.Then the reasons for yielding pressure loss and the pressure loss for six types of mufflers were analyzed, so that the relationship between the pressure loss and the structures of expanding chambers was revealed.Simulation, analysis and experimental measurement were carried out for a practical expanding muffler of an excavator.The results prove the validity of research on the pressure loss of muffler with CFD method.
Résumé Un des conflits les plus notables de l’Ancien Régime français, la grève des tisseurs de la célèbre manufacture de draps fins des Van Robais à Abbeville peut être aujour-d’hui réinterprété après avoir été longtemps délaissé. Il est vrai que l’historiographie traditionnelle avait pensé l’avoir expliqué en le cataloguant comme une grève classique pour les habituelles questions de salaire et de conditions de travail, une lutte corporatiste propre au temps de Louis XIV en fait. C’est pourtant négliger totalement le caractère précurseur de grande entreprise de cette « proto-fabrique » voire « usine » qui concentre et contrôle le travail de plus d’un millier d’ouvriers et qui suscite alors chez les tisseurs une conscience collective remarquable et des positions pionnières. C’est encore négliger totalement la forte dimension politique de ce conflit dès ses débuts et jusqu’à sa résolution par la monarchie, avec une démarche originale et des ouvriers et du gouvernement de la Régence libérale. Il se produit ainsi une surdétermination politique qui fait de ce conflit un événement-type de la Régence.
The research of stabilizators influence on the growth, viability, nodulation activity and efficiency of Bradyrhizobium japonicum was conducted. It was found, that sodium alginate in a concentration of 0,2 % has a positive influence on a growth and functional activity of rhizobia. It was established in field experiments with soybean of Poltava cultivar that presowing seed bacterization with Bradyrhizobium japonicum, that were cultivated with given stabilizator, the area of assimilatory surface of leaves, number of nodules, their mass and nitrogen-fixing activity as well as plants productivity, were increasing.

In order to solve the surface binding problem between starch and plant fibers of the biomass composites,to explore the impact of starch/fiber pretreatment on molecular hydrogen bonds,and to improve the mechanical properties of biomass composites,in this paper,the component compatibility was optimized and the composites reinforced with fabricate sisal fiber,pulp fibers,straw fiber and wood fiber were prepared.Through infrared spectroscopy experiment,the changing mechanism of the chemical bonds of thermoplastic starch and composites was studied,as well as the comparison of the strength of intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the four kinds of composites.The tensile and compression tests revealed that the tensile strength of sisal fiber reinforced composites was up to 3.75 MPa,and the compression strength was up to 1.26 MPa.Obviously,the mechanical properties of sisal fiber reinforced composites were far better than the other three kinds of composites.SEM images showed the microstructure of the thermoplastic starch and biomass composites.
The micro-scale machining characteristics of a non-ferrous structural alloy aluminum 7050-T7451 were investi-gated through a series of orthogonal cutting experiments.A carbide tool was used and the effect of cutting edge radius was considered.The workpiece was prepared as thin wafers so that orthogonal turning experiments could be conducted on the NC milling center.Different cutting speeds and various depths of cut were adopted in the single factor cutting experiments.Chips under different cutting parameters were collected for the investigation of chip geometry.The effect of cutting parame-ters and cutting edge radius on chip thickness and curls were investigated.The cutting forces were measured with the Kis-tler 9257B dynamometer.The characteristic of cutting forces and thrust forces were analyzed via considering the effect of cutting edge radius and the effects of cutting speed and depth of cut on cutting forces and size effect in orthogonal micro-scale cutting of Al 7075-T7451 were presented.
In order to characterize the randomness of microstructure of WC-Co cemented carbides,Matlab and VC++ were hybrid programmed to analyze the scanning electron microscopy(SEM) images of the microstructure,and the outline of the microstructure was extracted.Then the microstructural topology parameters were calculated,and the distribution regularity of the microstructural parameters was statistically investigated.The results show that,the average grain diameter,major axes and minor axes,centroid,orientation angle,and Co volume fraction of WC-Co cemented carbides can be accurately measured by using the image processing software.Moreover,the randomness characterization of the microstructure of WC-Co cemented carbides can be well accomplished by using probability density function.
Al2O3/TiC/Mo/Ni micro-nano-ceramic composite with 3vol.%-5vol.% of nano-sized TiC particles was fabricated by hot-pressed sintering in vacuum.The mechanical properties,relative density, microstructure and three-point-bending fracture surface morphology of the composite were studied.Results show that there was a non-typical structure of gray core/white rim in the microstructure of the composite.The composite fractured as a mixing mode of intergranular fracture and transgranular fracture.As the added nano-sized TiC particles dispersed in the boundaries or inside of the grains of the Al2O3 matrix,intragranular and intergranular structures formed,grains were refined,and the grain boundaries were strengthened,thus the strength and relative density of the composite improved.The bending strength,fracture toughness,Vichers hardness and relative density were 970MPa,5.5MPa·m1/2,20.5GPa and 99.5%,respectively.

Dans le deuxieme, Jean-Louis Bourlanges donne sa propre vision du centrisme. Dans le troisieme, Francois Bayrou separe le Mouvement democrate de la droite et de la gauche. Il manque, a cette suite, l'article d'un socialiste francais qui definirait la position de son parti par rapport a celle des autres partis socialistes d'Europe. A suivre, donc.
This paper introduces an online precision spindle rotation error measurement system based on three point method. In this measurement system, the connection of software and hardware, data acquisition and processing, results displaying and saving and other functions have been realized. The feasibility and reliability of the measurement system have been proved by the measurement of a machining center spindle.
The macro-instabilities(MI) in a stirred tank equipped with double eccentrically located Rushton impellers were studied by using detached eddy simulation(DES) model and PIV experimental method.By the transient simulation of the flow field,a frequency analysis was applied to the obtained time series of the velocity component.Effects of the impeller installation method and rotation direction on the MI frequency were discussed and compared with that of the single-shaft single-impeller eccentric agitation.Results show that the MI frequency of double-impeller eccentric agitation is smaller than that of the single-impeller eccentric agitation.The impeller installation method and rotation direction have obvious influence on the MI frequency of the double-impeller eccentric agitation.When the impellers are mounted on two different shafts,the MI frequency is a little larger.If the two impellers rotate in opposite directions,the frequency is larger than that of the co-rotating mode,i.e.,rotate in the same direction.
