Suspension's linear stiffness computational formulas were derived based on the movement characteristic of double wishbone independent suspension with three different kinds of installation of torsion bar spring. Took the double wishbone front independent suspension of a school-bus as example,needed torsion bars were established depending on the relationship between torsion's stiffness and suspension's linear stiffness. Dynamics models were established and simulations were carried out to study the variation of suspension parameters against wheel travel. The outcomes prove that twin torsion bar independent suspension has better handling characteristics. The form of spring stiffness and steering mechanism jointly determine the characteristics of suspension nonlinear lines stiffness,and different nonlinear characteristics exert different influence on vehicle maneuverability and the riding comfort.
Briefly expounds the mechanism of spark plug ion current, the impact of the plug's main structure parameters such as electrode structure, the spark plug ignition voltage and ignition timing on ion current and detecting were researched; At the same time, researched the influence for instance the bias voltage and engine cylinder combustion condition on the ion current produce and testing. When the spark plug gap was 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm and 1.0 mm, quantitative researched the bias voltage and the relationship between the ion current, get the conclusion that the smaller clearance, the higher measurement sensitivity.
