The purpose of this study was to measure HOTS students using Higher Order Thinking Skills Assessment based on Environmental Problem (HOTS-AEP). The research method used in this study was descriptive method with a total sample of 248 students consisting of Elementary School (ES), Junior High School (JHS), Bachelor Program (BP), and Master Program (MP). The results showed that students overall have a very low HOTS category. HOTS scores scale of 0-100 on ES (22.3) are still higher than JHS (20.2). Whereas at the university level, BP scores (19.9) are lower than MP (21.4). This showed that learning must be oriented towards increasing HOTS through various media development learning, learning materials, learning models, and strategies. This study concludes that the HOTS score of students was still very low and needs to be improved.</p>
This paper aims to explore how entrepreneurship education determines students' entrepreneurial intentions as well as examine the emerging role of the entrepreneurial mindset in supporting this relationship. A quantitative method was applied to gain a better understanding of the relationship between variables utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based variance Partial Least Square (PLS). The participants of this study were recruited from several vocational students in East Java of Indonesia by using an online survey. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship education positively influences both students' entrepreneurial intentions and an entrepreneurial mindset. It also reveals a robust correlation between entrepreneurship mindset and students' entrepreneurship intentions. Higher order thinking skills (HOTS) is one of important aspects in education. Students with high level of higher order thinking skills tend to be more successful. However, do this phenomenon also happen in the learning of Mathematics? To answer this question, this research aims to study the relationship between HOTS and students' academic performance in Mathematics instruction. The research is conducted by occupying correlation research method on 41 students of mathematics education in university of Papua who had already completed 120 credits. The instrument in a test format for HOTS measurement has two main indicators; the critical thinking skill and creative thinking skill. Students are selected as research subjects, and are asked to do 9 questions of HOTS test in 60 minutes. The holistic rubric is used to assess the higher order thinking skills of students. The results of research show that these two variables have a high value of correlation (r = 0.814) and the regression equation is grade point average = 2,105 + 0,017 HOTS. Both of statistics show that there is a significant relationship between HOTS and students' academic achievement.

Monsoon droughts, which often coincide with El Niño warm events, can have profound impacts on the populations of Southeast Asia. Improved understanding and prediction of such events can be aided by high‐resolution proxy climate records, but these are scarce for the tropics. Here we reconstruct the boreal autumn (October–November) Palmer Drought Severity Index (PDSI) for Java, Indonesia (1787–1988). This reconstruction is based on nine ring‐width chronologies derived from living teak trees growing on the islands of Java and Sulawesi, and one coral δ 18 O series from Lombok. The PDSI reconstruction correlates significantly with El Niño‐Southern Oscillation (ENSO)‐related sea surface temperatures and other historical and instrumental records of tropical climate, reflecting the strong coupling between the climate of Indonesia and the large scale tropical Indo‐Pacific climate system.

The sampling technique used is the side probability method, with proportional random sampling technique. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach through survey methods and Structural Equation Modeling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to millennial generation employees, with results then processed through the Lisrel 8.5 program. The results of this study show, first, that e-training, e-leadership, and work-life balance have positive effect on work motivation. Second, e-training, e-leadership, work-life balance, and work motivation have positive effect on employees' performance. Abstract One of the main causes of acute respiratory distress syndrome in coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is cytokine storm, although the exact cause is still unknown. Umbilical cord mesenchymal stromal cells (UC-MSCs) influence proinflammatory T-helper 2 (Th2) cells to shift to an anti-inflammatory agent. To investigate efficacy of UC-MSC administration as adjuvant therapy in critically ill patients with COVID-19, we conducted a double-blind, multicentered, randomized controlled trial at four COVID-19 referral hospitals in Jakarta, Indonesia. This study included 40 randomly allocated critically ill patients with COVID-19; 20 patients received an intravenous infusion of 1 × 106/kg body weight UC-MSCs in 100 ml saline (0.9%) solution (SS) and 20 patients received 100 ml 0.9% SS as the control group. All patients received standard therapy. The primary outcome was measured by survival rate and/or length of ventilator usage. The secondary outcome was measured by clinical and laboratory improvement, with serious adverse events. Our study showed the survival rate in the UC-MSCs group was 2.5 times higher than that in the control group (P = .047), which is 10 patients and 4 patients in the UC-MSCs and control groups, respectively. In patients with comorbidities, UC-MSC administration increased the survival rate by 4.5 times compared with controls. The length of stay in the intensive care unit and ventilator usage were not statistically significant, and no adverse events were reported. The application of infusion UC-MSCs significantly decreased interleukin 6 in the recovered patients (P = .023). Therefore, application of intravenous UC-MSCs as adjuvant treatment for critically ill patients with COVID-19 increases the survival rate by modulating the immune system toward an anti-inflammatory state.
This study aims at examining the relationship between entrepreneurship education, culture, and the entrepreneurial intention of college students as well as investigating the moderating role of the entrepreneurial mindset. The adoption of online-based learning and the internet has had both a positive impact on students. This study aims to understand how digital literacy, parental mediation, and self-control affects online risk during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This paper elaborated a quantitative method with SEM-PLS to raise the comprehension of the phenomenon studied. A questionnaire was voluntarily responded to approximately 300 elementary school students who engaged in online-based learning. The structural equation modeling estimation indicates that digital literacy, parental mediation, and self-control influences online risk. However, parental mediation failed in promoting students' self-control. These findings suggest that both digital literacy and parental mediation needs to be penetrated to reduce the impact of online risk in the teaching and learning process. This is the first step for schools and parents' alertness in assisting and considering the appropriate and safe media using technology.
