Abstract

乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前S基因分为前S1和前S2区,其中前S2和S基因共同编码中蛋白,前S1、前S2和S基因共同编码大蛋白.前S基因与病毒感染和分泌能力有关.前S区含有强免疫原性的表位,可能是受感染肝细胞的一个重要的识别和清除位点.前S基因发生变异,可影响疾病的发生、发展,并可能与肝炎重型化有关.
