Abstract
The reaction of octacarbonyldicobalt and dipropargyl terephthalate gave the two expected compounds [C6H4-1,4-(CO2CH2C2H- w )2][Co2(CO)6]2 (1) and [p-(HC2CH2OCO)C6H4(Co2CH2C2H- w )][CO2(CO)6] (2).
