Quantification Proceedings Declared Valid

In a suit involving abandonment of water rights in Wyoming, an appellate court affirmed an earlier ruling which concluded that the state's Board of Control had jurisdiction to quantify a single water right. The procedure followed by the board to quantify the water right was approved by the court.
