Abstract
<p>In luciferase assays with HCV replicon expressing cells, 10 or 100 ng/mL IL-28A or IL-29 strongly reduced HCV replication up to 84.8% and 87.7%, respectively, compared to untreated cells (p<5×10<sup>−14</sup>; IFN-α: 72.5% reduction vs. untreated, p<5×10<sup>−13</sup>).</p>
