Abstract
HypOptLib is a Petsc based semi-parallel implementation of hyperoptimization with a Python wrapper. The package is a fork of the topology optimization framework TopOpt by Aage et. al., along with some borrowed elements from the derivative TopOptLib by Smit et. al.
