Abstract
This patch makes "hypothesis.strategies.floats()" generate "subnormal" floating point numbers more often, as these rare values can have strange interactions with unsafe compiler optimisations like -ffast- math (issue #2976). The canonical version of these notes (with links) is on readthedocs.
