Abstract
Updated to stam-rust v0.16.2 and stam-tools 0.8.3 Added AnnotationStore.annotation(substore=False) (new keyword argument) to retrieve annotations in the root store only. Expanded the API for substores, new methods: Annotation.substore() TextResource.substores()
