CLoCK code and implementation

CLoCK is a library which allows for Closed-Loop planning with the aid of Core Knowledge in the form of gaming engine Box2D. Closed-loop behaviours ("Tasks") are created contingent to obstacles or targets, and can be chained in the Box2D simulation to obtain multi-step-ahead planning on-the-fly.
