Data Processing and Visualization Code: A multi-center study benchmarking single-cell RNA sequencing technologies using reference samples

The capsule includes four major sections. For the first three sections, the processed data are provided and figures used in the manuscript can be reproduced. For '4_Batch_correction' section, gene counts data, batch correction code and metrics code of four scenarios in the manuscript are provided.
