Abstract
This dataset is microarray, including LEukemia(GSE13159) Stage I, Affymetrix 250K StyI SNP (GSE19399) , Colon biopsies (GSE11223), and MDS cancer (GSE15061), which are pulicly available in NCBI (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/). By normalizing, completing, resampling, the following files are obtained.
