Abstract

引言 1989年,首次报道1例范可尼(Fanconi's)贫血患儿采用其HLA匹配妹妹的脐血(UCB)移植(UCBT)成功,7年后用于成人,并由此引致成人UCBT数百例.UCBT与骨髓移植(BMT)/外周血干细胞移植(PBSCT)之间的区别在于实际操作的不同.
