We report on structural, magnetic, dielectric, and thermodynamic properties of ${\mathrm{Eu}}_{1\ensuremath{-}x}{\mathrm{Y}}_{x}\mathrm{Mn}{\mathrm{O}}_{3}$ for Y doping levels $0\ensuremath{\leqslant}x<1$.
