Abstract
Ivan Ziaziun's main worldview ideas actual for professional making of a teacher in a New Ukrainian school are analysed in the article. Principle requirements to a teacher are substantiated. A great importance of Academician's pedagogical inheritance for Ukrainian educational reforming is emphasized.
