纤维支气管镜对胸外伤病人的诊治价值

Abstract

目的:研究纤支镜对部分胸伤病人应用价值.方法:对20例胸外伤后肺不张行纤支镜检查.结果:18例胸外伤后肺不张,为痰或血块阻塞,经反复冲洗吸引后肺复张.外伤性气胸闭式引流后肺不复张;1例为支气管破裂,1例为肿瘤外压.结论:胸外伤病人行纤支镜检查对诊断和治疗非常有价值.
