患者男,57岁,因右颈内动脉内膜剥脱术联合冠状动脉旁路移植术后l d右眼视力突然下降,于2010年1月7日来北京协和医院眼科急诊会诊.患者因间断胸闷4年于2010年1月4日入我院心外科.
