Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The NobleBlocks Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to NobleBlocks. By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Commission Structure

• First-Sale Commission: 70% of net revenue (after payment processor fees) for the first subscription payment from each referred user.
• Recurring Commission: 30% of net revenue for months 2–12 of that subscriber's active subscription.
• Commission Duration: 12 months from the date of each referred user's first payment.
• Qualifying Transactions: Monthly subscription payments only. Credit top-up purchases do not qualify.
• Attribution Window: 90 days from click to conversion (first-touch model).

3. Payouts

• Minimum Threshold: $50 USD accumulated commissions before payout.
• Payout Schedule: Monthly, processed on the 15th for the prior month.
• Hold Period: 30 days after commission earned (for refund protection).
• Methods: PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), or Stripe Connect.
• Currency: All payouts in USD.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

• Bid on NobleBlocks brand terms in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Use cookie stuffing, ad injection, or any form of click fraud.
• Create fake accounts or self-refer.
• Make false or misleading claims about NobleBlocks products.
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) containing referral links.
• Use coupon/deal sites as the primary traffic source without approval.
• Impersonate NobleBlocks or suggest official endorsement without written approval.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate participation with 30 days written notice. NobleBlocks reserves the right to immediately terminate affiliates engaged in prohibited activities. Upon termination, pending commissions over the minimum threshold will be paid within 60 days.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be reversed. The 30-day hold period protects against most refund scenarios.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use NobleBlocks logos and approved marketing materials. No modification of trademarks is permitted. All promotional content must clearly identify the affiliate relationship (FTC disclosure requirement).

8. FTC Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotional content per FTC guidelines. Example disclosure: "This post contains affiliate links — I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link."

9. Modifications

NobleBlocks may modify these terms with 30 days advance notice via email. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
